She has now moved out of that apartment and believes Ventavion was her sign to adopt a cat as she moves to the next place.

Newsweek reached out to @myraj2019 via TikTok for additional information.

What TikTokers Said

The TikTok video reached 641,200 views, 55,900 likes and 530 comments as of Monday. People were completely shocked a cat was able to get into the vent.

“They staring like, ‘How you get in my house ma’am?!'” wrote a viewer.

Another added: “They better say shhh about a pet deposit, the pet came with the apartment.”

Someone else pointed out: “‘You hungry?’ That’s indeed your cat now.” Once she offered food, there was no going back.

Others were relieved it was only a cat, as a user said: “I thought a snake or raccoon was in there.”
