Stray kittens fіɡһt for survival after being trapped in a flooded drainage pipe

Part 2 of 2

Unfortunately, their safe place was now filled with water. This concerning news made the rescuers start looking for any other kittens who might be stuck there.

One tiny kitten, maybe trying to escape from the hot weather, was discovered hiding beneath a car.

On the other hand, another kitten stubbornly stayed tucked inside the flooded pipe. It hissed and stood its ground, refusing to come out, maybe hoping for its mother’s return.

With patience and some tempting treats, the rescuers finally convinced the cat to come out, even though it was cold and drenched. After a cozy bath and some gentle care, the brave little warrior started to unwind.

Amazingly, the rescuers found the mother cat and, with the help of the neighbors, confirmed that she was the kittens’ mom.

They were feeling sorry for the mother as well, so they decided to bring the whole family in. They took a trip to the vet to make sure everyone was healthy and got a clean bill of health.
