Cat returned to shelter after other cats “picked on” her in foster care — but now she has a happy ending

Part 2 of 2

Making the situation even sadder, Ahsoka officially became the shelter’s longest resident after going more than a year without being adopted. Still, her carers held out hope that there was a perfect family out there somewhere for this loving cat.

“This affectionate girl is very voal and will come to you for pets and love. She likes to give kisses and cuddle on her terms,” Humane Society of Broward County wrote. “Ahsoka is also very playful and likes interactive toys on strings. She is incredibly soft and her coloring is beautiful. Ahsoka gets along with other kitties and kids, she’s litter box trained, and loves to cuddle – she is the perfect cat! Please don’t let her wait one more day for a permanent home.”

Ahsoka’s story went viral on TikTok, garnering over 1.3 million views so far. And as word spread, it didn’t take long for her to get some amazing news: she was finally adopted! Ahsoka’s new mom shared a TikTok, showing the sweet cat enjoying her new forever home:
