Rapper Snoop Dogg and his family are mourning the tragic loss of his infant grandson, Kai Love.
The baby passed away on September 25th, only ten days after his birth, as confirmed by Snoop’s son and the baby’s father, 25-year-old Corde Broadus.
Corde announced the heartbreaking news on social media with an emotional video featuring his son wrapped in a hospital blanket on Thursday.

The video showed his late son being held by his mother in the neonatal intensive care unit, while Corde’s toddler, named Eleven, gently kisses her baby brother.
In the background, family members can be heard trying to hold back their tears as they lovingly speak to the toddler and the deceased infant.
Corde captioned the post: “Kai Love 9/15/19 – 9/25/19”
“My Son Kai brought so much love and positivity into this world. His energy will live on and these 10 days of love will always be special to us.”
