DHT Blocking Gel For Thick Hair Growth

Hair density and thickness play a significant role in enhancing your appearance. Dense and thick hair can make you look younger and naturally beautiful. Hair density is measured by the number of hair strands per square centimeter. If you have 200 hairs per square centimeter, you are blessed with very thick hair. When the hair density falls below 100 hairs, your hair looks thin, and if it is below 60, you may appear bald.

In this post, we will explore a magical hair gel that works by providing essential nutrients to the scalp and removing DHT buildup topically from the roots. This gel is made from natural ingredients known for their hair care benefits.

Ingredients and Their Benefits

  1. Fenugreek Seeds: Rich in protein and nicotinic acid, fenugreek seeds can prevent hair loss. When applied topically, they act as a DHT blocker, promoting hair growth and regrowth.

  2. Black Seeds: Used since ancient times for hair care, black seeds can stop hair fall and promote longer, thicker hair growth.

  3. Flax Seeds: These seeds block tropical DHT and are rich in omega-3 and vitamins that strengthen hair roots and improve hair health.

  4. Peppermint Oil: Increases microcirculation to the scalp, helping hair roots get the required nutrition.

How to Make the Hair Gel

  1. Boil the Seeds:

    • In a saucepan, take one and a half cups of water.
    • Add two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and one tablespoon of black seeds.
    • Cover the pan with a lid and boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
    • After 5 minutes, open the lid, mix everything, and continue boiling for another 5 minutes.
  2. Cool and Strain:

    • After a total boiling time of 10 minutes, switch off the stove.
    • Allow the contents to cool down to room temperature.
    • Strain the contents into another saucepan, collecting only the liquid.
  3. Add Flax Seeds:

    • Put the saucepan with the filtered black liquid back on the stove.
    • Add half a cup of fresh water and one tablespoon of flax seeds.
    • Let it boil on low heat, mixing the contents and checking for gel consistency.
  4. Form the Gel:

    • After boiling for exactly 20 minutes, you will see that the gel has started to form.
    • Do not boil for too long, as the gel may become very thick and difficult to filter.
    • After 20 minutes of boiling, turn off the stove.
  5. Filter and Store:

    • Carefully filter the hot liquid to collect the gel into another bowl, filtering out the seeds.
    • Once cooled, transfer the gel into a glass container and store it in the fridge.

How to Use the Hair Gel

Apply this gel topically on your hair, leave it on for one hour, and then wash it away with a mild shampoo. Using this gel hair mask regularly helps improve hair thickness and density, promoting new hair growth.
